JCB PLAZA Tokyo provides a variety of services in Chinese, Korean, English, and Japanese for JCB cardmembers traveling in Japan with a JCB card issued outside of Japan. In addition to access to information and the ability to make reservations, we have also set up an area for our members where they can use the Internet, receive complimentary drinks, or just sit back and relax.

Tickets and other purchases are not actually picked up at JCB PLAZA Tokyo. Emergency Services Support for Lost or Stolen Cards You can pick up cards that were re-issued in an emergency at JCB PLAZA Tokyo. *This service may not apply to some cards. JCB PLAZA Lounge

At the nine JCB PLAZA Lounges located in major cities across the globe, you can ask questions about making reservations at JCB merchants or traveling, receive free drinks, use relaxing massage chairs, and other services that you would expect from a lounge. You can also use the internet and view local information magazines at your leisure.

*Generally these services are provided in Japanese. However, in Hong Kong, Taipei and Seoul service in Chinese is also provided.
