Service Details

Direct roundtrip (or one-way in-bound or out-bound) taxi service between your desired location in the Tokyo Metropolitan area and Haneda or Narita international airports. The service is offered at reasonable flat rate pricing, so you know the fare before you go.

An English-speaking driver will meet you at the airport.
The driver will also meet you at your hotel lobby for your flight back home.

*Reservation required 72 hours in advance. One hour reservation required for a Japanese-speaking driver.

JCB Original Services

You will be riding in a black, full-size luxury sedan such as Crown or Alphard. Please note there is only a limited number
of these vehicles. If none is available, you will be informed before pick-up and a regular cab will be assigned instead.
The driver will be waiting at the airport with a sign with your name on it.
- *At Narita, in the arrival lobby outside of customs. At Haneda, at the arrival lobby exit.
The driver will be happy to carry your luggage for you.

Anyone with a card that has the JCB logo mark can enjoy this service.

Price Examples

Just 6,000 JPY from Haneda Airport to Shinjuku! or 1,500 yen per person if four passengers share a cab.

*A reservation must be made 72 hours before the time you require the service if you need an English-speaking driver.

Terms & Conditions

In order to take advantage of this service offer, you must make a reservation in advance through the reservation method above.
Standard meter rate will be applied when making multiple stops.
Tolls and parking fees will be charged separately.
Additional after-hour charges will be applied if the entire transportation service is conducted during late hours (11:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next day).
Due to traffic congestion, weather condition or natural disasters, if the road is congested or blocked, there may be cases you have to get out of the car if the driver decides he cannot make it in time for the flight. In such cases, you will be charged for the distance you rode based on the standard meter rate.
No compensation will be provided for any loss incurred due to car stops or delays.
There may be situations where passengers are required to transfer to another vehicle on the way.
Passengers getting off before reaching the destination, or requesting a change in course, will be charged at the standard meter rate.
Tolls are charged separately. All cars are equipped with electronic toll payment, so passengers pay only the discounted toll.
