For a limited time you can make a reservation through JCB PLAZA Tokyo to receive up to two hours of free attendant service (Chinese or English) while shopping at the Odakyu Department Store in Shinjuku. With the language barrier gone, you can feel at ease asking the department store staff questions about watches, jewelry, makeup, or other products. Go ahead and enjoy freer, more fulfilling shopping!

How to Use the Service

Call or stop by JCB PLAZA Tokyo and indicate that you would like to use this service. Please let PLAZA staff know what date and time you would like.
JCB PLAZA Tokyo will make a reservation with Odakyu Department Store.
JCB PLAZA will send you a reservation confirmation after the reservation is completed.
- *We will ask separately how you would like to receive the reservation confirmation (telephone, email, fax).
On the day and time of your reservation, show your reservation confirmation to the foreign customers service counter on the 1st floor of the Odakyu Department Store.

Service Hours

This service is available during the following time frame. Please be aware of this when making a reservation.

Service Hours	10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Service Start Time	10:30 AM – 4:00 PM

*As a general rule this service is provided for a maximum of two hours. The latest start time is 4:00 PM.
*When specifying the time you would like, choose a time between 10:30 AM and 4:00 PM.

You must make a reservation through JCB PLAZA Tokyo to use this service.
The date and time you request may not be available.
This service is provided only in Chinese or English.
Interpreters cannot accompany you to some boutiques.
