DFS Galleria x JCB Campaign in Hawaii, Guam and Saipan

No registration is required.

1. During the campaign period, make a purchase with the minimum total of USD 150 at a participating DFS Galleria store in Hawaii, Guam and Saipan (multiple receipts cannot be combined).
2. Bring your receipt to a prize pickup counter at the store.
3. A prize will be given after playing a game or lottery.

This campaign applies for all JCB brand card issuing companies.

• Multiple receipts cannot be combined to participate in the campaign.
• Use of international cash services is not eligible (overseas cashing one-time repayment).
• The right to participate in this campaign and that of the lottery winners may not be converted to cash or transferred to a third party.

The following summary applies to individuals playing the Game in the State of　Hawaii. Territory of Guam, and United States Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI). These rules apply inside the State of Hawaii, Territory of Guam, and United States Commonwealth of the Northern Islands (CNMI). A copy of the full Official Rules for playing the Game can be obtained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelop to JCB Plaza Lounge Honolulu, 2nd Floor, Waikiki Shopping Plaza, 2250 Kalakaua Ave., Suite 207A, Honolulu, HI 96815, or JCB Plaza Lounge Guam, 1155 Pale San Vitores Road, Tamuning, Guam 96913. The Game is intended for play in the State of Hawaii, territory of Guam, and CNMI. No purchase or other consideration is necessary to participate in this Game. The Game is only open to persons who are present in the United States legally and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. This Game is void where prohibited by law. Playing this Game constitutes acceptance of the Official Rules.
There are two (2) methods to play this Game: If you are a JCB Card member, you can participate the Game by visiting the DFS Galleria Honolulu, Guam, or Saipan presenting a JCB Card sales draft to the representative. You will receive the following entry: one entry for above $150 JCB Card sales draft submitted during the promotion period. You also can be entered in the drawing by hand printing your name, complete mailing address, telephone number, & age on a plain 3”x 5” piece of paper & mailing it in a sealed envelope, and obtain the Official Rules by mail by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope, postmarked before the end of the Game Period, to: DFS X JCB Campaign, 2nd Floor, Waikiki Shopping Plaza, 2250 Kalakaua Ave., Suite 207A, Honolulu, HI 96815. You may submit only one request bearing the same postmark date during the Game Period, and only one request per stamped envelope will be accepted. Those who request by mail will receive one (1) entry, have the same chance of winning as a Card member who visits the DFS Galleria Honolulu, Guam, or Saipan and submits the maximum number of sales draft entries of the day the request was received by us. Winners of mail in participants will be notified by mail within 30 days of end of the Game Period.
2,150 DFS Gift Certificate prize will be awarded consisting of DFS gift certificate. (value of $30.00). Prize for participation will be awarded consisting of JCB original goods etc. (approximate value of $3.00).
No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent for the prize is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion, due to prize unavailability for any reason and then only for prize of comparable value. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received, but is estimated based on 15,150 total entries at approximately 1:7 for the 2,150 DFS Gift Certificate Prize.
Any depiction of prize is for illustrative purpose only. Prizes can be claimed at DFS Galleria Honolulu, Guam, and Saipan on the day of entry visit during the Game Period. Mail in participants will be notified of its claim location by the winner notification. This Game is offered by JCB International Credit Card Co., Ltd. from its main office in Los Angeles, California, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and JCB International (Micronesia) Ltd. based in territory of Guam, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Guam and without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
